We are humbled by the way this blog has been inspiring artists everywhere . Tonight I received a facebook message from a boy I knew 5th grade to high school graduation. We grew up in NH and got back in touch via facebook when I moved to Maine. Byon Yeatts now lives in Kennebunk, Maine with his beautiful wife and family and has a band. Last summer I invited them up to Stonington to play but it never materialized. However, tonight Byon sent me this clip to a song he wrote for me ( whom he hasn’t seen in 25 years) and Scott, whom he has never met. The song refers to Scott ‘s red.n.blue paintings you can see here and has a haunting refrain I can hear you painting that got me good. Thanks for the wonderful gift, Byon!
What a lush song… It gave me goose bumps. Beautiful tribute to both of you and this incredible journey.

Music makes you slow down and listen to the thoughts inside. This was a great way to focus on all that you have done.
