Our wonderful friend Abu finally got to Goa to see us.

We knew he was coming but we didn’t know when. Our easter sunday was spent in bed watching movies. When the doorbell rang around sundown, we thought it was just the turndown service. But it was Abu! Last time we saw him was when he accompanied us to Washington, DC in a stretch limo he hired to drive us 6 hours from High Point, NC to the Indian Consulate to apply for visas. We were leaving for LA the next morning and continuing on overseas. There was no other way to expedite the visas so quickly and we are forever grateful to Abu for coming up with this solution.

He left tonight to return to Lahore where he and his mom are visiting relatives. We hope to see him again as Abu’s joyful spirit is infectious.
