it is always now

I encourage all of you to take less than six minutes out of your holiday busyness and your business to view this video on the nature of mindfulness and existence. The speaker, Sam Harris, has gifted us with a reminder of what is true for all of us no matter what our belief systems are. If you can’t see the video then click here to jump to youtube.

  1. sam harris is a philosopher and scholar. for a lay person it is easy to follow him. then where will they go ?religious books -on the other hand -are easy to read. they dont exhaust our brain and they are soothing to our heart. that’s why they are so powerful. but i certainly dont support fanaticism in the name of religion.
