Into the light

Please join me in remembering Scott today February 16, 2016 on what would have been his 65th birthday. No doubt he would have planned something amazing to celebrate such a milestone. He always loved birthdays and having fun. And remember the Scott Morgan Design Scholarship is always grateful for your donations in memory of Scott.

I found this poem and it captures the moment perfectly. Happy Birthday, Scott!

Do not stand at my grave and weep

I am not there, I do not sleep.

I am a thousands winds that blow,

I am the diamond glints on snow,

I am the sunlight on ripened grain,

I am the gentle autumn rain

When you awaken in the morning’s hush

I am the swift uplifting rush

of quiet birds in circled flight,

I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry.

I am not there, I did not die.

  1. Great photo, happy to remember Scott with you today. Mother nature has brightened an otherwise gloomy day by delivering an intricate jigsaw puzzle of huge geometric ice pieces in the bay in front of my house. It is worthy of adding to the poem. It will undulate off the shore and then be carried away by the tide.
