It feels good to paint again after ten days of not feeling well enough. Scott created some digitally enhanced photography self portraits on his iPad during those ten days but watercolor painting is his favorite medium. He woke up this morning with a let’s roll attitude and so he finished some new work.

Above is Commode, the drawing underlay was done from his bed this weekend and his signature hues were applied this morning while sitting in the AzUR Cafe with his portable studio. The painting below was also a combination of black ink drawing done in bed with the paint applied this morning. However, the drawing was done in total darkness late at night like his Bitches Brew series.
