artist on the edge of his painting

I could have posted all four of the new pieces Scott completed this week into one blog post. However, they each are so unique I felt that they deserved to be recognized and savored separately, to be given more importance. This and the last 3 blogposts show 4 somewhat whimsical paintings created after The Great Ghatsby, a powerful work with a sobering message. In this painting, there is a tiny b & w figure on the edge of the square…could it be the artist holding a bear cane, perhaps?
