This is the card I pulled today from The Book of Awakening deck of Inspiration Cards by Mark Nepo. It resonates for me as I sit here reflecting on my life until now.

    • Dan— I’d be interested to know how you balance “accomplishment” in regards to making art vs. “experiencing” the painting/making of art. If you’d care to comment publicly or privately, that would help me. I’m finding sales are flat right now and as a professional artist that makes it difficult to “stay in the experience” alone.
