Our 2019 Scott Morgan Design Scholarship recipients have been selected. Hannah Fink has been presented with a $2500 second place award scholarship from our non-profit org.

Hannah studies design at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Her portfolio can be viewed at her website https://hannahfink.art/. Many of the designer’s concepts are how to create something shippable (weight, materials, knock-down shipping) yet gorgeous. Her Big Foot Bed is one such design, made of lightweight steel with components that come apart.

Shown below is one of my favorites from her lighting designs. It’s called The Iceberg and it can hold your iPhone in a crook of the tip of the ice and is already being sold via Gantri   Well done, Hannah! We will definitely be looking out for your work in future.
