These three paintings Scott created since Wednesday. Using a new local textured paper. He’s not crazy about the paper as it isn’t grabbing the paint quite right but I do love the images he’s created, don’t you? And I think the texture works particularly well on Top Hat because it lends a textile feeling—linen?—to the overall design of the piece. Please let us know what you think.

  1. Triple hit outta the park, and I love the look of the paper, but sorry that Scott isn’t happy with it.. Wonderful new colorful amazin work…my fav… today is Fields of Gold… lovely, and fresh, it smiles at the viewer.. in my humble opinion.
