Scott Morgan always had many friends –some in high places– and often it seemed his own head was waaaay up in the clouds (where dreamers and creators like to hang). Among the friends he loved was artist Donald Lipski. You may not be immediately familiar with Donald’s name but chances are you’ve seen his work in large scale public indoor and outdoor installations across America and in museums.
